Simon Diamond & Swinger interview

("Simon Says" by Drain STH played as Simon Diamond and Swinger came to the
ring.)

Simon Diamond: Simon has a problem! Or should I say, ECW now has problem and
you are looking at the problem solvers! ECW, a promotion based around
self-sacrifice, courage and guts! All of these traits were once alive and well
in ECW. The Dudley Boyz, The Impact Players and The Briscoe Brothers all vying
for the ECW World Tag Team Championship; what could be better? You've got the
greatest tag team in ECW history, the single most deadly unit ever put together
and the two ECW rookies who are built for this company. Then you've got us,
Diamond & Swinger, the two labeled goofs who can't get out of their own way.
Well, this isn't 2001 and this isn't the time to rekindle the past. This is the
time to ignite the future and the two men to lead ECW into the future are
staring you right in the face. ECW has a problem and that problem is the ever
growing lack of self-sacrifice, courage and guts. We are the problem solvers
and rest assured to all of you ECW fans, we never close a case, until we solve
the problem!

(Diamond and Swinger posed in front of the crowd prior to leaving the ring to

Taz interview

(Backstage, Taz stood with Joey Styles at the interview area.)

Taz: I told everybody before the show that what's mine is mine and nobody can
tell me different. So, The Sandman got choked out and Punk broken in half with
a Tazplex. Not good enough for me, but we'll start from there. What now lies
ahead is my shot at the ECW World Heavyweight Championship! CM Punk, you
cowardly son-of-a-bitch, that title you wear belongs to me and only me; not The
Sandman, not Raven and not you. ECW World Heavyweight Championship is respect
and is honor in this company, it's not a prop for a piece of shit like you to
run around with and treat as you like. Punk, if I have to rip your fucking head
off your shoulders, I will, but you remember this, I will take that title from
you whether or breathing or not!

(Taz left the area.)

Cactus Jack & Ken Kennedy interview

(Backstage, Cactus Jack and Ken Kennedy stood at the interview area.)

Cactus Jack: Mr. Kennedy, you've made advancements by leaps and bounds, quite
literally. By leaping and bounding onto Tommy Dreamer with a steel chair you
pinned his shoulders to the mat and you beat him. You see though, we're not
finished yet, Kennedy. You may be riding high right now, but you wanted my help
and I'm going to give it to you. We're not finished until I determine that
you're strong enough inside ECW to go about your business by yourself.

(Cactus struck Kennedy in the face and sent him down to the floor. Kennedy got
up to his feet quickly.)

Cactus Jack: A coward and weakling would've stayed on the floor and begged for
mercy; you got right up and wanted more. Kennedy, you're learning quickly what
it takes to be successful here in ECW.

(Cactus and Kennedy left the area.)

Raven's Nest (CM Punk and Raven) defeated Taz and Tommy Dreamer when Punk
pinned Dreamer with the Pepsi Plunge in 0:30:50.
